You have 14 days from the receipt of your merchandise to return the item for credit.

Returns should be in the original packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

You may use any major credit card as per the current processing and acceptance policy at Paypal.

Free USPS or UPS ground shipping inside the continental United States on orders of $100 or more.

Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $7.00

Orders are normally processed and shipped the business day following the receipt. 

All orders are subject to reconfirmation of inventory on hand.

Business days for purposes of shipping and shipping-time estimates are Monday through Friday.

All Washington state orders will be charged 9.5% tax

International shipping:

There is a flat rate of $20 for international shipping costs. 

International orders are shipped via USPS first class mail (10-12 business days)

unless shipping USPS priority mail (6-10 business days) is more cost effective
